Teachers play a crucial role in the implementation of student learning punishment. As a key component in education, teachers are not only responsible for transferring knowledge but also for enhancing discipline to ensure that the learning process is optimized. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers play a vital role in guiding students' intellectual, skill, and moral development in accordance with the educational objectives in Islam. Based on this, this study aims to identify various forms of rewards and punishments in PAI learning at SD Limpok Aceh Besar, examine their impact on the learning process, and analyze their relationship with student learning outcomes. The method used is descriptive-analytical, with data collection instruments including observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results show that the implementation of learning punishment at SD Lamklat Aceh Besar is carried out with an approach tailored to the students' character and personality, followed by giving advice, guidance, exemplary behavior, and punishment for students who make mistakes. This implementation has proven to increase student interest, motivation, and achievement in learning. However, some challenges encountered include the lack of routine in the application of punishments, weak sanctions for violators, and some students' reluctance to follow the teacher’s guidance.
